The Grange Group Practice

docandchildThe Grange Group doctors' surgery in Fartown provides the highest quality healthcare to patients in the area. Our doctors, nurses and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service and this surgery website will help us to keep all our patients up to date with news and information about our practice.

The practice was established in premises on Bradford Road and after almost 30 years at Fartown Health Centre it relocated into purpose-built premises in 2003. The premises have a large and airy waiting room and full facilities for disabled patients and parents and babies. These include a health education room, purpose built treatment and minor surgery rooms and a non-clinical interview room. The medical centre also has an on-site pharmacy and ample patient car parking.

Opening Hours

The Grange Group Practice and The Keldregate Surgery are both open from 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. For full details of opening times see the appointments page.
