The Grange Group Practice

docandchild

The practice is a non-limited partnership.  It is a member practice of the NHS Greater Huddersfield Clinical Commissioning Group.

The Grange Group Practice provides the highest quality healthcare to patients in the area. Our doctors, nurses and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service and this surgery website will help us to keep all our patients up to date with news and information about our practice.

The practice was established in premises on Bradford Road and after almost 30 years at Fartown Health Centre it relocated into purpose-built premises in 2003. The premises have a large and airy waiting room and full facilities for disabled patients and parents and babies. These include a purpose built treatment and minor surgery rooms and a non-clinical interview room. The medical centre also has an on-site pharmacy and ample patient car parking.

We are a GP training practice, involved in the training of newly qualified doctors and healthcare professionals.

Opening Hours

The Grange Group Practice and The Keldregate Surgery are both open from 08.30am to 18.30pm Monday to Friday.   Both surgeries are closed on Fridays between 13.00pm and 13.30pm for staff training.  Emergencies will be responded to in the normal way during this period.  For full details of opening times click here.

MESSAGE FROM DR OLIVER

   Dear patients

I wanted to let you know that I have made a decision to leave the practice and work as a GP with my husband in Golcar.  I have been very happy at The Grange Group Practice and will be sad to say goodbye.  I feel this decision will help juggling the busy lives of two GPs with a young family.  My last working day will be 30th April 2014 and I apologise if I have not been able to tell you in person.

Kind regards

Dr Louise Oliver
