2.5 million people in Europe have a chance to make their voices heard. Started in early January 2024, the biggest national GP Patient survey (GPPS) is underway, seeking feedback from individuals registered with GP practices. This initiative, described as Europe’s biggest of its kind, aims to gather crucial insights for improving local health services for everyone.
Why Your Participation Matters:
- How can I share my experience about my GP Surgery? Whether you’ve recently visited your GP or not, sharing your feedback paints a vital picture for the team at The Grange Medical Practice. Every voice helps celebrate strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- How can my GP Practice provide equitable care for all? The survey analyses responses across various demographics, ensuring diverse experiences are considered, which helps us tackle health inequality.
- How can I improve my GP Practice? By participating, you directly contribute to shaping the quality of local health services for yourself, your family, and your community.
Invitation Details:
- Who can complete the National GP Patient Survey? A random selection of registered GP patients (over 16 months) will receive invites via letter, with follow-up text reminders for those with registered mobile numbers.
- How can I complete the National GP Patient Survey? Look out for the letter or text prompting you to participate. Follow the instructions to access the online survey.
If you receive a survey invitation, please take part and tell us what you think about your GP Practice. Your response provides vital information to identify what is working well and what can be improved. It helps to identify inequalities in experience too, as the results can be analysed across different protected characteristics.
