Average Phone Waiting Times for August was 2 minutes 27 seconds

Here at the Grange it’s important to us that patients find it easy to access our services whenever they need to. Because of this, we have been working hard to reduce phone our waiting times.

We’re proud to announce that in August, we exceeded our target of having an average phone waiting time of under 3 minutes! We hope this means our patients will find contacting the practice by phone to be quick and convenient.
