Reduced Appointment and Phone Handling Capacity Due to Staff Sickness

We would like to apologise to all of our patients for our limited appointment capacity this week. Clinician sickness has meant that we have lost over 100 appointments. Although we are trying our best to put replacement clinics in place, this takes time. Admin sickness has also meant that our phone wait times may be a little longer than usual. Thank you for bearing with us.
