Face-to-face Appointments

The practice is proud to announce that over the last 3 months (January- March 2022) approximately 50% of all appointments have been face-to-face, with the other half being telephone appointments.

Here at the Grange we understand that many patients have a strong preference towards face-to-face appointments for a number of valid reasons. At the start of the Coronavirus pandemic in 2020 it was necessary to move towards remote appointments to keep patients and staff safe, a move that was made at all GP surgeries across the UK.

Whilst many patients enjoy the convenience of remote appointments, we’d like our patients to know that face-to-face appointments are available to anyone registered with the practice. If this is your preference, please speak to a member of the admin team who will do their best to accommodate your request. Please note that urgent face-to-face appointments are subject to practice capacity, however we will always discuss the different appointments and services are available so that you can choose what is right for you.
