Welcome to the Grange Group Practice at Fartown, Huddersfield.  We are a doctors surgery offering a range of general practice services including:

The Grange Group Practice may operate quite differently to a single-handed or smaller GP practice.

Our clinicians specialise in diabetes management, acupuncture, women's health, alcohol and drug services and sexual health.  Our large clinical team means our clinicians have greater in-house support and access to a second opinion.  For urgent appointments, patients might not always be able to see the GP of their choice.  However, we offer telephone appointments so our patients can access a GP quickly for queries that do not need a face to face appointment.  If you prefer to see the same clinician, simply request an appointment with the clinician of your choice.  We would like to remind patients that this may result in a longer wait for an appointment.

Our team are proud to offer outstanding service for all our patients.  We aim to provide quick and easy access to clinicians when our patients really need it.

Our patients can book appointments with

  • General Practitioners (GP/Doctors)
  • Nurses and Health Care Assistants
  • Advanced Practitioners
