Job summary

Exciting role for an experienced prescribing pharmacist. The individual needs to be present on site for this role. The role includes undifferentiated assessment of minor illness conditions. It is important that the individual has had adequate experience of prescribing for at least 12 months.

Main duties of the job

Practice/Pharmacy based, face to face undifferentiated assessments.

Undertaking long term condition management.

Majority of the workload will be seeing minor illness presentations.
