Patient Advice Service

The Grange is introducing a new patient support service. The Patient Advice Service (PAS) is for everyone, regardless of their benefit status. Disability Employment Advisors (DEAs) will be at our surgery on Wednesday 16th August at 2pm until 5pm. All welcome.
